  1. STUDENTS’ ACADEMIC WELFARE REPORTS

It is very important that we alert parents that we shall be forwarding to you the academic reports of your children, particularly those transiting to next class, who already have a history of below average performance and challenges in certain subjects. The Reports will recommend that they repeat the class/grade level or you make adequate provisions for them to be well supported in their academics. However, if the same below average performance is recorded at the end of the session, they will be asked to repeat those classes at the end of the session.

  1. DROP OFF & PICK UP REGULATIONS

We urge parents to abide by the rules and guidelines given by our security officers while dropping off your wards. For ease of traffic, we advise parents not to make U-turns in front of the school area. It creates gridlock in the morning period for other road users.

Secondly, the school can not afford to keep students together after closing hours; This is an important COVID-19 regulation. PARENTS MUST PICK UP THEIR CHILDREN IMMEDIATELY AFTER SCHOOL. Parents who fail to pick their children from school on time will not be allowed to drop their children in school the following day.

For the health and well-being of your children, please pick them from school immediately after closing time.
